I am Professor of Jewish Thought at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where I currently serve as chair of the department. My research interests include the History of Kabbalah, the Zohar and its reception, contemporary Kabbalah formations, the genealogies of Jewish Mysticism, the history of Kabbalah Studies, Kabbalah and the Theosophical Society, contemporary Spirituality and the politics of the New Age.
